23 years x £150k = £3.4m. I'd love to know what kind of penalty KC wrote in for breaking the lease and moving away. £1.5m maybe?

I would have thought the deal struck to pay this money would have included the release from the lease, to be honest if they get past this I would think that's the last major financial hurdle over - but who knows in this winding road trip eh? You never know what's around the corner !!

First off can I say how fantastic it is what @FootyAccums are doing, at this rate we won't have to do anything ourselves as they would of raised all the money on our behalf. But I have one important question just so we don't get stung again like we did before, remember Dean from digicolour? taking all those orders and money etc.

Can the trust just confirm that the justgiving page/money is controlled by the trust and not by anyone else outside of the club?

I'm sure many of those 71 creditors got absolutely nothing, whereas he who shall not be named is set to benefit to the tune of 70k thanks to a publicity stunt from a twitter page that has seized an opportunity.

It's delaying the inevitable. They're desperate to protect their 140 years of abject failure but it's simply a matter of time.

Hit the nail on the head, that money should not be going to KC, and all this £6000 or whatever would be far better off going anywhere else like the many good charitable causes on that site, perhaps even towards K*ttering FC and rebuilding. Like we've said time and time again, they may be heading for the UCL anyway, so why all the bother, they've repeatedly said over the last few years 'ktfc's dead to me' blah blah blah, yet they're still desperate to save it. Sure, K*ttering FC isn't the same club with the 141 year history, but then again it isn't the same club that screwed over all its creditors and repeatedly disgraced itself over the last few years along with the drop of 3 levels and like us they'll be creating a new history, so a fresh start surely isn't a bad thing?

Fair play to them if they do somehow manage to actually raise the money (though I suspect they won't), but even the most devout ktfc fans must be wondering whether its worth lining KC's pockets just to preserve a bit of history. It reminds me of Darlo fans a couple of years back, all that money put towards saving the club in its then present guise, only to be told they had to drop 4 levels and change their name!

I'm just waiting for them to just save their club again, no i will rephrase that to others to save them again and then be hit with a points deduction from the F.A for being wound up, the F.A must by now be fed up with having to discuss them at every meeting as it must spoil their enjoyment of the large lunch arranged by a 3 star Michelin chef.

I have had enough of them now,, if people are stupid enough to raise money for KC then actually he's very clever and either he gets all his money or winds the club up and claims that NP needs to be knocked down either way he wins.
Even if they survive we will be playing them soon and we will have got there through our own hard work. Just think 2 years ago we had an under 18 team and they were in the conference.

It's rather odd they are using "Justgiving" for their donations, rather than getting people to donate directly. A lot of people think of Justgiving as a charity operation - but it isn't.

Justgiving will take 5%, and won't pass the money on to them unless they reach their 20k target.

Just a publicity stunt by @FootyAccums I reckon.

I guess its an easy method to use and being on-line easy to get people to donate quickly, and the need for speed is high isn't it?

They'll reach their target, if (for example) they raise £12k over the next few weeks there will be a massive donation made to make sure they do, they're not going to let £12k slip through their fingers. IF they have the original £50k ring-fenced already, all they need to do is borrow some of that to ensure the figure is met don't they?

I'm fairly confident they'll live to fight another day.
