Guys just a bit of advice for a little later on, try and become an FA Charter Standard club as soon as possible, it's very difficult to access funding from the FA and associated bodies if your not!

Is that with the intention of starting in the Zamaretto /UCL the following year?

Can you even get promoted from that league?

I don't think you have to gain promotion. If you have the facilities and financial backing you can apply to join? That's an educated guess.

You can, but it's more of an election into the UCL. Our best bet would likely be UCL Premier division if we went to Raunds for example, with an agreement to bring the ground up to Southern League standard (there's a stadia improvement fund I think we can tap into, along with the other stuff that's been mention). I don't think we'd be allowed near Nene Park.

Its only my opinion and im 200% behind the pheonix club, I genuinely believe it would be much better to spend the next 12 months planning and finalising the new club in order to gain an successful appeal to the UCL and hit that with a bang rather than rush into the Northants Comnination, the standard is shocking (I've played over a 100 games in that league so it must be! ) and I feel it could have a negative effect as some people will come and not wanna come back.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder and I feel, with the help of positive meetings etc, the attendance of our first game in August 2012 will be BIG!

Don't worry, no-one is 'rushing' into anything.

The brilliance is, that as a fan you will get to vote on all of this at the soon-to-be-announced meeting and so will I.

Hurrah for democracy, transparency and the fans being able to decide the destiny of their own club :D

I actually agree with you Jaff. I think we need to be careful not to rush into a league for the sake of it. That standard is garbage to be frank, and we'd be playing on effectively park pitches. My biggest concern is that people would come and not come back.

has anyone watched the UCL lately.

You may get a sore neck watching, its like a game of tennis.

Nothing like it was 10 years ago when I played in it.
