I think a lot of people reckoned KL were the ones who did not want promotion. If that is the case they should have declared their hand much sooner.
And allowed Royston, who IMO were the best team in the league, to be promoted and the team finishing 6th should have been in the play offs.

Think you've got it spot on, which is why the chairman is looking for someone with wonga to take them on. If they don't find any, what are the odds on the team not finishing the season? I imagine they've got until March as well to make some significant ground improvements?
That handball at the end looks as ridiculous on video as it did in reality. Can a handball get more blatant? His only saving grace is that it was at point blank range but his arms are definitely in an unnatural position.

Looked a blatant handball to me then, even more so on the replay. We could have had quite a few more fouls for handball too, still fuming at that ref.
I see that St Ives big number 5, Steve Gentle, has already left the club telling Marheinke that he does not want to play at Step 3 level next season. He previously played for and captained Biggleswade Town in the SLP.
