Top player Rob was, we all remember that great pass.

just been looking on soccerbase, to remind me about that season. no wonder we celebrated like we'd won the cup, wins were very thin on the ground. yeovil and cobblers, also boston; billy sharpe :D

Was watching Tomlin on the football league show , appeared to be playing in the centre of midfield now , played well

Ryan Charles put the following on Twitter a week or so ago. Only spotted it today though.
Miss the Rushden & Diamonds days such a great club & some of the best days of my career so far such a shame they don't exist no more #ThrowBack #GreatClub #GreatFans #GoodMemories

I can honestly say Rob Gier is a hunky monkey, can someone let Lorraine know, I saw him on the Big Screen. He is captain of the Phlllipines, who played Thailand in the Susuki Cup. Shame he got a yellow card. SS

Surely he's heard about the new club?? Granted I know many people haven't, most people outside of the local area just know R&D and not AFC, but you'd have thought as a former player he would have heard about us through someone :?
