It was fantastic to see such numbers coming to see AFC R&D play. Maybe now the doubters who said it would never last will begin to appreciate what a lot of hard work has gone in to making this Club the huge success that it is.
Yes it was disappointing to have lost last night and I know just how much the players were hurting, but we must all now move forward and I for one am looking positive towards the future for this wonderful football club of ours. Long live AFC R&D.
I agree with you congratulations must go to Stephanie and her team who produce programmes for each game in such a short space of time.
Lots of positives to take out of the game, the attendance (1162) and excellent/amazing, getting to the 4FQR, (being in the 1st FA Cup Round hat) beating a team a league above us (Ashton United) and the players trying hard.

Apologies to those who didn't get one.
Yeah, I certainly understand when no-one, not even me (and I always like to dream when it comes to attendances  ) could have anticipated over 1000 and I can only echo the praise for those who put the programme together. Is there any chance whatsoever of a few more being printed specially to be sold at a later date though? I (and I assume a fair few others) would be willing to buy a reprinted copy at a later date given it was such a historic fixture for the club. No worries if that's not possible of course.

I did raise the question of the Club issuing a PDF copy which could be sold via the online Club shop around a year ago when I discovered that Hendon have found this very lucrative and easy to administer.

Its something which has been on the to do list for a few years, the trick is finding a way that doesn't involve lots of work for the people doing it.

I think that it was after the Trapston game that we took orders for programmes as we had run out, not sure if this is an option ?

I see that Brady Hickey who scored Barwell's winner is currently on trial at Leicester City. He played for the English Schools Under 18 side in season 2013/14 along with Olly Brown-Hill who impressed me playing for Oadby Town against us last season and who has also played for Barwell.
