I disagree, if we really wanted to do this it could be done in days. Soon we will be at the point of no return for this season. Let’s not sit here at Christmas and say “if only we had done this sooner”. I don’t think there is going to be anyone who would disagree with a management change. Failure to do it could have serious consequences for us, but to do it could be huge and lay the foundations for the years ahead.

We would just need to make a casual appointment I’m led to believe.

Here's the rule on relegation for this season:

"The Clubs in the bottom four places in each of the four divisions at Step 3 at the end of the Regular Season, will be relegated and placed into a feeder pool and placed in the most geographically appropriate division at Step 4 for the following Playing Season"

I am no expert but you can only make a casual appointment at a board meeting, we do not have enough board members left to call a board meeting that is why the EGM is needed, If they could just willy nilly appoint tom, dick and harry then they would not need a EGM surely.

I could be wrong but I understood a casual appointment was only valid until the following board meeting.
