I wouldn't like to say either way until we check the bank account tomorrow.
What I can say is that if it does go through then he is one rich and generous 21 year old Serbian Red Star Belgrade fan who doesn't reply to emails.

I presume it's one of 3 options:
1) All money is returned.
2) All money is used to set up a pheonix club
3) Donaters have the choice.
Can anyone confirm which option it is, I'd like it to be 2 as what we've collected so far (£50k) would be very useful in going towards a phoenix club but obviously its not my decision.

There won't be a phoenix club.

i agree, hopefully that will be the decision we conclude to
if a pheonix club is formed, do we know anything of name? league? players? etc

I don't think anything like that will be discussed until we're sure it's the only route.

All that wouldn't be discussed unless it actually became a reality although league wise it would likely to be level 8/Zamaretto Division 1 as that's the level Chester were placed in last year and the level the newly formed Ilkeston were placed in this week as well.
Obviously we'd have significant obstacles to overcome such as the obvious ground situation and it certainly wouldn't be easy but I'm sure we have at least 400-500 loyal fans that would be very willing for a new club to be created so hopefully
if the worst was to happen we'd be able to sort something out. Not saying I expect it to happen, although to me its clearly a possibility considering the current situation.

I made a "Save Rushden" banner for the Portland-Columbus MLS match last night.
This is the best photo I've seen of the banner which is unfortunate, but it's also in the video below.

The TV replay is in three hours, I wonder if it was visible.

I saw it and that's fantastic
Also really impressed at what looks like a decent crowd there, I didn't realise 'soccer' was that popular in the US, is it growing in popularity there? And also TD, how did you come to support RDFC

Could you fish out a decent photo of the flag from somewhere or vidicap or something of that nature? I would like to put it on saverdfc.com as a news item.
