A wins a win, but we're going to have to up our game ten-fold if we're to get anything at Oadby. We need to shut out games better, cos one of these days its going to cost us. Having said that we've improved so much from 6-8 weeks ago! I wasnt sure on the formation at all, I hope we revert back to a back four. Lance looked good going forward, but playing that sort of wing back role really exposed him defensively, I must say him and Ben both ran theyre socks off on a heavy pitch.

Its great to see Jake Newman playing with confidence now, once Alf is back firing on all cylinders we're onto a winner. I thought McBride was outstanding.

Jake's buzzing at the moment, you can see off the field that's he's really enjoying his football and he's desperate to get a hat-trick sometime soon.

McBride has got better as the season goes on, he's now the player I least want to see on the bench or not in the side because when he plays well the teams does too. I also think that the addition of Brad Harris will let him get forward a bit more because he's a lot more than a breaker up of play. The ball through to Jake for the first goal was sublime.

Really like the photo of Jake Newman celebrating in front of the PDB with lots of fans in the background, almost as good the one we've got at the top of the forum imo.
