Wow, what a waste! Let that be a lesson to any half decent young footballers! Make sure your attitude matches your ability!

I still think he could have done a job for us last year and as an impact player coming off the bench this year.

Then again in his own words "I don't do the bench"
Still scored the best goal I've seen for AFC.

Was a cracker. Up there with Gilly's overhead kick and Dolman's volley

On Aaron King, it's important to note that if he hadn't injured his back when up at Liverpool U18s, he'd be playing in the Football League comfortably. He's not declined solely because of attitude. It must have been mentally difficult to drop levels so drastically because of injury and still not make first XIs. By far the best player I ever had the pleasure of playing with, and was actually a fantastic captain. I'd take him over Quigley/Harris still.

Surely if he had the right mental attitude he would think, I'm going to work my ars* off to make sure I rise up the footballing pyramid again. Rather than "woe is me I should be playing higher, it's not fair" etc etc.

No offence but if a player has the ability and attitude you don't end up at Woodford. Parky it's his local side so fair enough him wanting to go there, but there's also another young wasted talent lurking in the Woodford wilderness going by the name Jordan Henderson, and I recall he had a attitude problem too.

Not disputing Aaron King's talent, not sure you can compare Harris to King though. One is a luxury player and the other is a work horse who will play anywhere for the team (even if it means sitting on the bench). Replacing Harris with King is not a like for like swap. Perhaps you can compare King with Claudiu but if you had to choose between those 2 dare I say I know who you'd pick. And if Claudiu isn't playing in the football league, what makes you believe Aaron King could?

Jason Turner scored 5 goals tonight for Kempston against (you guessed it) Huntingdon, who seem to be absolutely pathetic this season, as they were the second half of last season.

There was an article and interview with Jake Newman in this week's Non-League Paper regarding his recent goalscoring exploits. He's scored 15 goals in his last 3 games against Huntingdon.

Kempston have reported Dom Lawless has left the Club. Guess if he goes to another UCL Club he will remain duel registered. Back to Pagnell??
