Neither actually, it was Watford's, particularly annoying seeing as though they're sort of a second team to me but never mind, maybe someone that didn't reply read it and decided to donate but I'm not getting my hopes up with that one.

But yeah, not sure Wobblers' forum would be worth posting on, their thread on us is pretty similar to our thread on them not long ago with a typical Ted post as well :roll:

Oh, that's a strange one... what have Watford fans got against us?

Edit: I'll hopefully be able to donate next week at some point. Not much but every little helps. and I'll also try and make some regular donations when I can.

I could be totally wrong here, but Ted strikes me as the one Cobbler that would actually donate.

When is reality really going to hit home with everyone connected with Rushden & Diamonds. The club has never been able t stand on its own two feet as a professional football club.After Max pulled the plug because his fortune was dwindling, the fans tried and failed to run the club , and then Mr Cousins pulled out, because he too was losing a fortune.The whole scenario is reaching its logical end, because builing a stadium complex in Irthlingborough and endeavouring to run a professional football club in the land of the minimum wage was a total folly from the start. I feel for the hardy few hundred fans who have stuck with the club, but unless there is another fool with a few million to waste, any attempt to run the club as a full time professional outfit is totally futile. The best thing they can do with the money raised is to use it to start a new phoenix club and get Hayden Road back up to scratch

Not sure, might be just the fact we're a non league club so therefore they don't care about us I suppose.

And as much as I hate to say it but you can't deny some of what Ted's said there is true, even if we can secure the short term future, the long term future is bleak, we can't stay at NP that's for sure.

A while ago I heard that the break even figure is 2,500 fans, any idea if the figure is still around that mark?

Under KC I think it was 1,500 but without him putting in all his money then I'd guess it would be at least 2,500 if not more.
