I am going to. I need to see how the new job works out and when I can take time off. should be whenever I want though now I am boss! I will stay with Gramps for a weekend and we will have to get him to go too, he said he really enjoyed it the other week. I think January will be my best chance, I might have to go to Mainland anyway for a firefighting course. Is there any fixtures then or are the just not decided cos they arent up on the OWS anyhow.TwinkleToesTomlin wrote:

The UCL is a bit weird, so the fixtures later on in the season have yet to be announced.

It would be interesting if they showed away attendances, think we'd be considerably higher if that were the case!Duke of Wimbourne wrote:This was the one I was looking for

If you look on the stats page of our website you can see the sort of attendances the teams we've visited get when we aren't there - it makes interesting reading. As we've discussed, there have already been two away games where the gate was greater than the total home league gates for that club last season.TwinkleToesTomlin wrote:It would be interesting if they showed away attendances, think we'd be considerably higher if that were the case!Duke of Wimbourne wrote:This was the one I was looking for

I thought matt Gearing looked just what we need, someone out wide to take people on.
I also thought that we swapped formations through out the game and played most of the second half 4-3-3 with Wiz, Shanny (another excellent game) and Gilsenan in the middle with Matt and Ben supporting Jake.
Jamie Glisenan's pass for Jake Newman's goal was superb, the pass of the season for me.
I was also impressed with Alex Deakin at the back.

Can the stats page zoom in a bit further Tony as my eyes struggle with the font size?Formic wrote:If you look on the stats page of our website you can see the sort of attendances the teams we've visited get when we aren't there - it makes interesting reading. Apparently their keeper went off at half time, because his manager noticed he was getting some stick, and didn't want it to affect him in the second half!!
I know this, because my brother is mates with Kris King who was their keeper.

That's a good one! Nothing to do then with the fact that he was having a mare?diamondgeezer1 wrote:Apparently their keeper went off at half time, because his manager noticed he was getting some stick, and didn't want it to affect him in the second half!!![]()
