Best attacking display of the season no doubt. Newman and Morgan were sublime.

Credit to MS for making the substitution when he did. We were under the cosh at 3-2 and bringing Gillingwater on really settled things down, not to mention the goal he scored which was unreal.

Great result and atmosphere. A great feeling and Eynesbury seems like a lifetime ago now.

Does anyone know if the draw is unregionlised in the next round? I would love Guernsey or Newport IOW away! :D

Looked at last years third round draw and that was pretty heavily regionalised, round 4 is national I think

More scores updated in previous post - also saw that it finished

Bugbrooke 1-3 Sileby

According to twitter.

Its difficult to say, looking on the site I found with the 3rd round from 2008, most seem to be between teams in the same league, but then again Scarborough v Blackstones or Arundel v Cogenhoe aren't particularly regionalised ties, so who knows. I hope it isn't, but it probably will be just another UCL team

From FA site:

The Qualifying Competition and the First, Second and Third Rounds Proper shall be played
on a regional basis.

Great performance by the lads, Basford looked good opening 10/20 minutes, but then we just took over.

Ben Morgan looked good again, as did Jake Newman, and Gillingwater did well when he came on, Ibrahimovic who?!?! xD

Good win, great atmosphere from the De Banke again, when it becomes national, I really hope we don't get a Northern League team, because the atmosphere will go down. That's a big thing for UCL teams, they can't cope with the atmosphere, and it showed in the Raunds game with their keeper.

We had a guy from BBC Radio Northampton in the commentary box with us today, doing a match report on the game, so that's more publicity for us!

I really wanted St. Austell too :( I'd take St. Blazey though...reckon I'd be one of an away contingent that didn't pass single figures.
I would be there too, Bodmin would be ok also. Are you a Cornish fan too?

If we win in 3rd round, we will be exempted until second round next season.

That would be a nice success no matter what happens after that. Come on lads!

AFC Emley beat Bottesford 3-2 which can be added to your list. Emley are a great club and very friendly! Bottesford were 2-0 up!

Not a good day for UCL teams today, if I'm not mistaken we're 1 of only 2 definitely through to the 3rd round (with St Ives due to play a replay).

And in our league, Sileby look hot favourites to win the league now, first team to beat Bugbrooke. Elsewhere, BPW lost 4-0 to Buckingham of all people, while I realise teams are very on and off in this league (Harrowby for example, the team that nearly came from 3 down against us, losing 5-1 to R&H!), it does show how poor and costly that result against BPW could be.

Edit: 1 of 3 sorry
