Easy all,

New member here.
Ex season ticket holder that has migrated from the Rushden motherland to London and now reside in Oxford, but I still get to a lot of matches on weekends and during trips to see the folks. Most of Oxfords fans are sceptical of their play off changes so hopefully if we get them in the play offs we can capitalise.

I was hoping someone would be able help me track down some of the photos from the Chester City Away game in 2001 where we sealed promotion to the then Division 3. I remember seeing them on the offical website back then, but never bothered saving any of them for archive.

After the final whistle everyone went on the pitch to celebrate. Myself and a friend both headed towards Darby and along with a host of fans proceded to hoist him aloft putting him that little closer to his deserved god status. There were some photos of us carrying him on that day. If anyone has any of these saved away on their dusty harddrive I would really appreciate getting some copies.

Those pics would have been on Greg's website as it was before we were a league team.

Clicking on the link on there regarding Season Ticket prices for our first season in the league shows what the level of subsidy was in Max Griggs' days - and goes a way to explain the crowds we had in those days - a net price of under £5 for those on the PDB !
