Max Porter
Anyone else think tonight was his best game for us? He tracked back and was getting stuck in and i was amazed at the number of times he was using his head to get the ball safe!
Great performance and roll on Monday!

Max Porter has been great for us this season and his performance tonught summed up all the things he has brought to the team this season. I really hope we can hold on to him.

Re: Max Porter
He's played like that all season but i think he goes unnoticed.
I honestly think some players left a bit in the tank last night, and Max certainly wasn't one of them.

Re: Max Porter
What he did last night so well was reading and anticipating loose balls in midfield, countless times the ball was knocked down in the midfield area, and there he was first to the ball!
Hopefully he will repeat a Tamworth/Kiddeminster and give us a nice piledriver on Monday

Re: Max Porter
I think he's a bit like Byrne, in the sense that there is plenty of competition for their position in the midfield and have had to keep on their game to hold onto their place in the team.`
Re: Max Porter
A real hard worker who has been a great signing by justin, i bet Barnet are kicking themselves at letting him go
Re: Max Porter
Yes, definitely a first choice midfielder along with Terry, Byrne and Tomlin. Hope we keep them all for next season whichever league we are in.
