......of the lads tonight. Bit nervous to start with, gave Oxford too much respect. Oxford shaded the first half, we did the second, 1-1 fair result. Little Byrne is in a different class, Jamie Stuart immense as Capt tonight - all of the players deserve plaudits tonight, we CAN win through, we CAN win the play-offs !!
I'm very proud of the way the lads played tonight, we're 90 minutes away from W !!!
Monday will be exciting and scary as hell, no way will my finger nails survive - bring it on !!

Byrne has 2 in 2 since I got his name printed on my away shirt! It must have inspired him!
Agree with your comments. I was concerned that the occasion may get the better of us in the first half but we came back and battled in the 2nd and deserved the equaliser. Thought J-Lo held the ball up well after he came on but could have used some more support as he struggles to get a decent ball into the box or beat a man when he is out on the wing.
It will need an immense effort on Monday but I have a feeling the lads might just be up to the task.

I flipping went crazy when we equalized.
I think it's for the best that we lose Monday. Because if we do them in, holy muck, I wouldn't like to be me the next morning. ;)

Yeah i thought it was strange bringing Tommo off actually, as i think he would have given J-Lo the support. Tbf though, i would assume JEMS were being a little cautious with Tommo, not sure if he could make 90 minutes.

He should only come off on Monday if he's lost a leg. ;) I can't say I'm confident about Monday but I'm looking forward to it especially if we can reproduce last night's atmosphere.

I had a nightmare about the scenario of a penalty shootout last night as well.

This isn't that kind of forum!
On my way to work this morning I was thinking how great it would be to win the tie on penalties, after such a bad run of form with them.
That said, I'd much rather win it in normal time if the offer came up! Also, having got largely pounded by Oxford, the team did brilliantly to fight back, and going into Monday level is a great position. Fingers crossed the team can overcome any bumps and knocks they have (I'm sure I saw, from my position in the Press Box, Robbo indicating that he wanted to come off, to which JE put his arms out to say there's no suitable replacement for you so you have to stay on, and Robbo was stretching a hamstring lots) and put in yet another great performance to put smiles on our faces and make us proud once again.
