Assuming they all sign, that leaves us with a strong core that we have had this system with the key players still here - its just a matter of finding a quality striker and some more backup in midfield and defence.

I'm confident that JE will be able to bring in a few more decent players, as he hasn't dissapointed with what he's already brought in. Also to be fair, the players he's released are decent players at this level!

I wouldn't be too disappointed if that was our starting line up for the first game of next season, with Faz in the CF role. I do think we need a good target man up front, who can hold the ball up and put the ball in the back of the net - a Jefferson Louis type who is willing to put the effort in for EVERY game!

We would still need at least 2-3 more players to provide cover (IF Byrne signs), depending on whether Aynsley and Nabil are ready to make the step up next season (which I doubt).

Possibly yeah, Aynsley probably needs more experience before playing at this level too!
