Heard half an hour ago that JE will be on Radio Northampton's Monday night sport tonight, not sure when in the programme but it's from 6-7pm tonight, should be an interesting listen.

Update on Byrne. Forest have offered him a new contract, but we're trying to get him back on loan for next season.

Certainly didn't expect him to say much about the Dale-Terry incident of course but bringing Byrne back on loan next season is still decent news, even if he isn't actually our player, tbh I'm not hugely surprised Forest have offered him a new contract, it's clear he's got huge potential.

It's disappointing to hear that Byrne is unlikely to sign for us as in the long term I reckon he could make us a tidy sum, although in the short term another season long loan is likely to save us a few quid.

Bugger, I wanted him to be ours for good.
Then again, if he comes on loan, we might not have to pay all the wages?
