I think people know me and trust me enough to be a good judge of a player and I think they'll be very good additions to the squad.
That's good enough for me

I have complete trust in Justin.
We simply can't afford to splash out cash on well known players. The lower leagues are exactly where we may unearth gems at a fraction of the price.
And if these players turn out to not be all that, it's no big loss - as they cost nothing and are presumably not on high wages.

I don't think many, if any, of us had heard of Max Porter this time last year, yet he turned out to be arguably our most consistent performer last season. I know he came from a league above, but he certainly wasn't a 'big name' signing.
We have total faith Justin!

Sounds good to me. Looking forward to seeing who the 3 are.

Attacking Midfielder - to replace Wolly.
Winger/Striker - to replace Akurang/Louis
'All action midfielder' - maybe Byrne isn't signing after all :(

Purely speculating here, i'm going to guess that Ricky Holmes will be the striker ;)
Top scorer for Chelmsford last season, and then released in bizarre circumstances;

Has been linked to Southend and AFC Wimbledon lately and is local to JE.

I hadn't thought about that, but now you mention it, it would make a lot of sense. :(

To be fair, Edinburgh said on BBC RN on Monday (i think) that he hoped to have a few sorted by the end of the week.
We released McNamara, Wolleaston and Beecroft. If we get 2 in there is still space for 1 more.

True.
I'm fearing the worst though, so in case he leaves, it won't be so gutting. ;)
