The group had a "Play the Cards Right" game, Basketball, Tombola and Face Painting, as well as leaflets for Pre-Season matches.

The weather wasn't the best, but the rain held off most of the time, and once the Carnival arrived around 1pm - there were good crowds for a few hours, and the team raised somewhere about £90 for the day.

You'll be shocked to hear I didn't even go to the carnival, so didn't see it

How did the town react to it? In a Peterborough United dominated town, I'd doubt there was much interest, but you never know!

Well we gave out a few flyers - we are playing Peterborough United, and there were a few R&DFC fans came along and said hello. But yes a lot of the kids were Peterborough fans :-)

Mainly people just had fun on the card game, and the face painting.
