I don't think anyone was necessarily telling porkies. After all his wife was supposedly ill, and people do recover from illnesses!

Clearly he only came to us for the money, when that ran out so to speak, he couldn't be arsed to be here and wanted to leave, looked like he didn't want to be here half the time anyway.

That's a shame, couldn't happen to a nicer bloke.

Martin Ling's comments about their physio made me laugh, how does he know how good all the other physios in the league are?!
