lee tomlin has gone to peterbourgh today for £150,000. Barry Fry was at the game v west brom.

Im pretty gutted especially with the new season on the horizon but the lad deserves his chance and without doubt hes got the ability. Unfortunately he is irreplacable, we have no one in the squad that can produce something out of nothing.

Gutted right now. I just hope anything of the 150k is reinvested into the squad, otherwise its a massive dent to our chances this year :(

Thinking about it though, the games lee didnt play last season, every single player on the pitch put 110% in and we come out with some great results! But we are going to have to have a season like that this year!!

Any proof that he's gone for 150k? If that is true, the club has lost the plot. He's worth way more.

I'm absolutely gutted right now, i can't remember feeling this gutted since Lowe/Bignot/Hall/Underwood left. Not only have we lost our best player, but we've lost the best player in the league, and one of the most entertaining footballers i've seen at Nene Park.

Donovan Simmonds has got massive boots to fill, i'll feel a bit happier about this if Howe comes, because right now i think we're heading for mid table obscurity.

Gutted he's gone. Thought we'd be keeping him after the Crawley bid was turned down and it all went quiet but obviously not. Credit to the lad after sorting his game and attitude out last season and he deserves his chance.

Best of luck Tommo, we are really going to miss you!

I hope we got more than the £150k mentioned here, although I'm sure there will be a big sell on clause.
