3-1 defeat.

I remember that game well; we were absolutely shocking! And I really hated Martin Randall! :lol:

We then went and spanked Dover 4-1 in our next home game a couple of weeks later, and played superbly. It should actually have been 4-0, as their goal, scored by Sam Ayorinde (who played a couple of games on loan for us the previous season, and later went on to represent Nigeria ), was blatantly and deliberately controlled with his hand in the build up. I remember Butts in particular going mental at the referee. :lol:

If i rememeber rightly, in that Dover game our first goal was scored after a Dover player was ordered off the pitch by the ref for wearing cycling shorts that were a different colour to his football shorts!
