So does dropping prices work

I know its just 1 home game into the season but what do you feel looking at the early figures.
Fleetwood Town - Rushden home attendence around 1000 at £17 entrance price.
Luton Town - Kettrin home attendence around 1200 at £12 entrance fee.
Looking at those figures the £5 quid diference hasn't made the floating fan rush down in numbers to Kettrin given it was a high profile game and it will be interesting if things pick up for them as the season progresses and if the our high price will deter as many as some think.
To me the issue of numbers is more down to how we end up playing and position in the table not the price.
