Im starting to wonder whether the loss of Michael Stone and the lack of attacking play and poor indivdual preformances are just a coincidence or not? Your thoughts??

I said this at the end of last season. Add that to the loss of two quality attacking/creative players and I think its a big blow.

Absolutely. I feel that we're missing Stone's input greatly - on and off the pitch.

Nothing to do with MS at all. It's the loss of our entire midfield of Byrne, Terry and Tomlin that's been replaced with players of not quite as much ability.

You know we're only 2pts worse off than this stage last year, after a 6 - 1 win against Barrow. Prior to Saturday's game, we were 1pt better off. If we win the Southport game, our points tally will identical to last year.
October is when the table begins to form into groups of who is going to challenge where in the table.
