I would prefer him in our current squad to Spence and Power atm

I think he and James Reid both had their cards marked after that opening day Salisbury defeat last season, after they'd both been given a place in starting line-up ahead of Porter, Byrne etc. I'm not sure he delivered much after that (and getting sent off in his second start at Histon didn't help), but was obviously unlucky with injury, which perhaps prevented him making enough of an impression to earn a contract with a Conference North team.
