Has to be one of JE's biggest strengths, his team always seems to have a spirit and togetherness and they want to play for him.

Exactly what I always think when I think about JE as a manager! Even if we don't go up during his tenure as manager he has to go down as a great simply because of the massive contrast between him and GH and how good that's been. Must've been weird for him to have to serve as GH's assistant in those last few months though.
