Whilst I agree with about perspective and the fact that people suffer/get over at different rates. We are in a business where we NEED to prove ourselves. Great performances mean more attendances, yes I appreciate the grieving process can take time but if the team don't buck up we will NOT have anything to support in a few years. Its easy to get into a downward spiral and its bloody hard to get out of it. I am only expressing my own opinion on things its not necessarily the opinion of the majority.
I have hads doubts about JE for at least a year now. i know he took us to a play-off place, but IMO we had a central spine to the team which is now not there, I believe Stevie Wonder could have done that given our squad last year.
I know I'll be shot down in flames but thats my take.

And who put that spine together? Who built that team from scratch last year?

Case closed.

To be honest, looking from the outside in, I find it incredible that you are putting your manager under pressure.

He over achieved massively last year and has been linked with L1/L2 jobs all through 2010, so he was obviously doing something right.

Losing Tomlin, Byrne and Terry was tough as they'd all walk into most Conference sides but you've got to stick by him. It seems to be a common theme that if a team loses 4 or 5 they are on the verge of the sack. It's ridiculous.
