Can any of you guys remember if we've ever come from three goals down to get something out of a game before?

Without a lot of research, the games where we conceded three goals and didn't lose are as follows (and obviously I know we didn't go three down in a good few of these):

I remember the 5-5 game with Farnborough... I seem to remember Steve Cherry made two shocking mistakes when we were winning 5-3. then he was promptly sold by Talbot.

The Hull City 3-3 was when Burgess scored from the left wing when trying to cross the ball into the penalty area. It was my "birthday game", and one of the few my wife has ever attended.

The QPR game was the one where Gareth Ainsworth scored the two best goals I've ever seen at Nene Park from the opposition. We came back from 3-1 down to draw... I was behind the goal Ainsworth scored in. As soon as they left his foot, you knew they were going in.

I was wondering the same yesterday, and I've certainly never seen us do it. I wasn't at any of the first 7 games on that list, but the rest of them definitely didn't see us come back from 3 down.

Against Morecambe we threw away a 3-0 lead, and against Farnborough we let them come back from 3-1 down to 3-3 and 5-3 down to 5-5! We very nearly threw away a 4-1 lead against Kiddy allowing them back to 4-3 before we scored the 5th late on, a stunning diving header from Unders if I remember rightly (I do! ;) and off the top of my head I'm pretty sure the attendance was 2728  ).

I think the QPR game was the only one in which we came back from 2 goals down.

4-2 down against Basildon.. Ended up winning 6-4. Does that count?

I remember a group of Morecambe fans walking out when we went 3-0 up against them in '98. Saying that, i saw 2 Diamonds fans walk out as soon as the third went in last night.

I have a feeling that was one of Underwood's rare starts up front. I'm sure he scored also, or at least set one up.

Collins and Foster started up front in that game, with Unders left midfield. Unders did score one, with Collins getting the other two.

Only time i ever remember Unders being up front, was away against Hartlepool in the league winning season and he played alongside Brett Solkhon. Partridge was left on the bench! :o
