Just read a very moving piece in the The Sun newspaper from an interview with Adam Johnson about his up bringing with Dale an how he misses him dearly ... Ive added the link below as i thought you'd all like to read

I second that he deserves to win as much as a player possibly can , top bloke and a true gentlemen !!

If anything good has come from this it involves Adam Johnson.

He had begun to be a little big headed this season at Man City, his performances had dropped and he'd been in trouble for being unprofessional off the field. Since Dale's passing Johnson has been outstanding, and his conduct has been impeccable.

Adam Johnson has strived to hit the levels of professionalism Dale achieved naturally and it can do nothing but good for his career.

Thanks to that, if he keeps it up, as far as I'm concerned he's welcome at Nene Park whenever. Because Dale would be proud.
