4-4-2 or 4-3-3

It seems that some (including myself) are questioning the 4-3-3 formation. Personally, I think 4-4-2 is better suited to our squad. O'Connor playing off Gash, would be much more effective than having Az stuck out wide. Also, pushing Jamie Day up field with his crossing ability would suit Gash even more. Today was a prime example of why, in my opinion, we should play 4-4-2.

4-3-3 it suits us if anyone watched the game today we have no bloody wingers so we aren't going to play well in a 4-4-2 the closest thing we have to wingers are jamie day and osano + osano can't cross to save his life. Also if we did have wingers who will header the crosses in? Gash?.

Could always go for a decent left footed winger that wants to play for us ;) then 4 4 2 would work with Charles out on the right.

433 its served us well in the past and is still our strongest formation in how many games this season have we not created loads of chances? not many. our problem is we are weak at the back not struggling to get the ball forward like justin said at the forum he will play what he thinks is best i agree with him and while we are creating so many chances up front i think we should shut up and let him do his job!!

We don't currently have the players for either.
Paul Driver said in his interview yesterday that they were looking for a goalscoring midfielder. If we have one of them to play with Power, then we've got to play 4-3-3.

Time to get real and I don't mean Madrid..!
4-4-2 works and that's why we have been beaten so many times this season by teams with less individual talents but play a system that suits them as a whole.
We are not the like of Spurs, our players are not of that level, so let's leave 4-3-3 to them and concentrate on a realistic way of getting back to the Football League.. ;)
