Just because we have great assets at Nene Park with the training pitches and etc doesnt automatically give us the right to go up! We got to use those assets to our advantage and earn the right to go up

Agreed, it's a bit like Luton fans saying they're too big to be in the Conference because they have the most fans. Ultimately it's the best-run club and the best-quality team that will go up.
It was nice of him to say, though ;)

Nonsense. It's entirely about who has the most money and who cheats the most. That's the only reason Creepy are in the top half, let alone title certainties. :(

I don't believe Paris used the word
automatically in his assessment of Diamonds. ;)
The point that he was making is that we have the infrastructure in place to once again operate in League 2 or indeed League 1 whereas there are a number of clubs going for the title and/or playoffs such as AFC Wimbledon, Fleetwood Town and Newport County who might struggle in this respect.
However, to compete successfully on the green stuff any promoted club requires a good quality squad, good management, good support, financial stability and good owners/board.
I would also add that are also a couple of clubs in the mix that have financial/ownership problems i.e. Wrexham and Kidderminster Harriers.
