With the Grimsby game being called off on 57 mins, will the sending off still stand and will the Grimsby player be banned?

Not sure on the rules but I guess he won't be.

Yes the suspension will stand , but I think I read somewhere that yellow cards given on the night will be wiped.

JE seems to suggest in his interview on the BBC that the red card won't stand, although I'm not sure if he's got that right of course.

The FA rules state

"An abandoned fixture will not count towards clearing a player of suspension, any Misconduct received in the fixture will still be processed."

The other rule that's relevant here is

In the event that a match is abandoned before half time the Club playing at home will issue a voucher to spectators valid for free admission if the match is ordered to be replayed. In the
event that the match is abandoned during or after the half time interval the Club playing at
home is not obliged to issue such a voucher.

Thanks for your answers.

I am really annoyed that the game was called off, surely the FA have to look at this and do something??

You would like to think so, but as is always the case nothing will probably be done!!!

Maybe he should be suspended for the re-arranged match

Only right as PCH's injury can't be cancelled...
