I would suspect that the only club not struggling financially in the BSP are Crawley Town.
A sign of the times, I'm afraid, and if Luton don't get promoted this season then then I envisage that they will also have to re-structure financially.

I for one don't want them bust, this season would've been even more dull if it wasn't for our derbies.
Oh and look at this gem from the 3rd branch of Northamptonshire football:

Fair play to Ted, he's still managing to spout utter bollocks after all these years.

I dislike the Ploppies with a passion, but I'd never wish for them to go under and I certainly wouldn't laugh at the situation they're in - that shows the difference in class between them and us.
While they were gleefully laughing at our situation earlier in the week, I was aware of the predicament they were in and was just sad that yet another football club is struggling by and possibly going to die.
I'd miss our games and rivalry and even if the Knobblers did come down I wouldn't see them as our true rivals, its the scum from down the road that are that in my eyes!!
Perhaps we should hold a poll on what has happened to Ladick though:
A) Just plain old bored of the stick he gets from disgruntled Ploppies, so has said "sod it" and walked?
B) Taken what little money he has left after selling his company and ran off to hide from his (alleged) many creditors?
C) Propping up a flyover somewhere due to (alleged) gambling debts to the wrong people?
For what its worth I think A), and I wouldn't blame him for a second after the stick he has had and the lack of support he has had from the local "clown"cil .
I wish them well in their fight to keep their club alive because I'm a football fan first and foremost and know how much their club means to them, this week has shown me how dreadful I would feel if my club were to go under, I wouldn't wish that on anyone, not even them.
I hope we lock horns again with them next year, trips to the Rockinghorse always remind me how lucky we are, plus its a nailed on 3 points. But laugh at their predicament?? No, I wouldn't stoop to their level !!
