I'd just like to say I think this new banner should stay for a long time unless we win the play-offs and can get one of JE holding the play-off trophy. Fantastic photo and a nice font as well. The light shining on the left hand side is a nice, unintentional touch as well.

Maybe a new one on the 27th Feb showing the winning goal against K*ttering - or a montage of all the goals.. ?
