Media Champions

Post by Rushdenjim »

The Diamonds Supports Group needs to appoint a series on commitee members that will represent all different fans, young and old. Following on from what KC, the next two weeks are going to be hard work. If you wish to join the commitee please PM me.

Due to time issues and loctation of people, a TDSG meeting will take place on thursday, however it will have to be on the internet. How that will take place im not too sure at this moment.

Jim,

I think there is a danger of confusing and concerning people with the talk of a "committee" here.

The Task Group that is meeting on Friday should form (in my opinion) the single steering group for the whole campaign.

What I thought you were planning was to bring together the various online initiatives, and agree a small number of "new media" champions, who would attend Friday's meeting and then the whole campaign takes shape.

I'm expecting anything I've done to date to be handed over by the single steering group that is set up on Friday - with the "new media champions" having a role in that group. I want to avoid divisions, and will be handing my website etc over to that group (obviously continuing myself in whatever role that group thinks fit).

Couldn't agree more, Tony. Let's avoid committees like the plague so factions don't appear in the united effort to save our Club.

I'm sorry. I obviously misunderstood a few things. But I will agree with whatever we all feel is the best way forward.

Jim, change the title to this thread. Only you or the mods can do it.
