Good shout, Mr Bhatia of the Mittal Family has resigned today mostly down to the 40% increase in prices, also heard that Ancellotti may surface their later this year!

Hoops fans love Bhatia but we may be too low brow and too far from London, I wonder if KC knows him!

Rushden and Dhansak...K*ttering Poppadoms? oh the list could be endless :D :D :D Seriously I don't for one moment imagine he would be interested in coming down to this level but it would be worth someone contacting him with our up to date information.

40% increase in prices? Do you mean overheads? The payouts to players, salaries and bonuses will of course increase the club costs by being in the Premiership, but I hardly think a guy who is worth some £20+ BILLION pounds is going to really notice 4-500 million in the next 5 years trying to play with the big boys!!

I suspect some other motive is behind his departure - ie - Flavio and Bernie wanting to run the club themselves and priced the shares to highly for Mr Bhatia to warrant his continued interest - I know he was looking to take sole ownership of the club himself a couple of months back.

Or he has driven through the lovely Northamptonshire countryside, stopped off at Stanwick Lakes for a stretch and saw a magnificent stadium in the heart of rural England, fell in love with the place and sorry QPR, but there was just no competition.......PMSLROTF

No, QPR are raising their ticket prices up to 40% he disagreed and therefore left.

It's more than 40% in some cases. I think it was 45-70%

Cripes on a bike!!! Astonishing rise in prices

Still, I though he was the majority shareholder and could have voted that down rather than leave - I guess Bernie and Flavio have joined forces and have a bigger % stake then and overruled the vote.

Well Mr. Bhatia - get yer wallet out and take us to that Premiership dream instead......PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE, WITH A BIG OL' CHERRY ON TOP!

Just had a quick look.

Cheapest adult ticket for next season is £47. Season ticket prices have gone up 40% - but because they will play fewer games in the Premiership than they did in the Championship, the real rise is 67%. The cheapest adult season ticket is £549 - leading up to £999!

Disgraceful. I'd be inclined to bugger off and support another lower league club.

Well they will have to pay Ancellottis wages somehow!
