Investors look for returns on their outlay, so what returns are there for Investors :?: .

I suppose Investors may look at Crawley and see what returns they made, although they were inflated by the F.A Cup run.

The Facilities used correctly and priced correctly could give good returns and Investors would have no problems with the ground already at Football League status.

The biggest return if the clause is still active is the sell on fee for Lee Tomlin, yes maybe thats a gamble but wealthy people do sometimes like a gamble and a good fee short term or long term could see a handsome payout on the outlay.

The drawbacks are of course the shortage of Chimney pots but success does breed fans as per Crawley and more media attention bring more income.

So those with a spare 2.0M come on down and play the R+D lottery

you'd be mad to invest in a football club, thinking you were going to get any return on your investment.

It depend what sort of return you want. Max got 4 promotions, a couple of years in the FL and loads of fun on they way.
It's clear we need the energy bills to be offset by investing in "green" energy. A source we can use and supply back to the national grid. When I win the euromillions it'll be the first thing I do :D
