i've heard from someone reliable that KC charges £150k rent per month.. this would explain the rent that the beasents racked up over 3-4 months.

any input would be well recieved..

I have always maintained KC is not blameless in this and is the only person to profit, up until the end and why he tried to save the club a lot of overhead with no income .I would be very surprised if he does not bring another club in !

Max Griggs must love the fact someone else is making money off the stadium he built and ultimately gave to the fans.

I am failing to understand this.

Is there an agreement in place that RUSHDEN & DIAMONDS must play football at Nene Park until a certain year or is there just an agreement for football to be played.

Could we see a scenario where KC throws Rushden out of Nene Park onto the street for another club that could pay a higher rent?

How rich is KC? Could be live with a lower rent for a few years until we get back on our feet?

Surely the measure's in place were to guarantee that Rushden and Diamonds would be able to play at Nene Park for ex amount of year.

If they go out of business tomorrow, KC can do what he wants with the ground, including knocking it down.
