Anyone know what time we're due in Court? Just want to know what sort of time I can expect to hear the bad news......................or the good news !! :?

I know the Club are planning to request an adjournment.

I may be present but even if I am not I should hear from my lawyer shortly after and will text you Pigman.

Obviously I don't want to see the Club wound up but do need to see some repayment or commitment of repayment for the money owed to me and currently that is not looking likely.

Thanks dm, you know my views on your situation, in the same boat I'd be seeking the same.

If, as a football club, we can't pay our way then we'll have to go, the sad thing is there are many good people who will lose out financially if we do go under. Fingers crossed there can be a resolution to this that means we survive and people get paid their money, alas I fear that neither is going to happen.

I have to agree Pigman, if we cant pay our way then even more people would be let down. I hope things get sorted for you Diamond Mad. It cant be easy. I'd also appreciate a text please if possible...... I can't stand all this & although I'm tired I can't get to sleep thinking about it.
