I'm absolutely bricking it Piggers :( .
Surely anything but an adjournment suits nobody? I can't confess to knowing anything about the subject, but it seems that whilst there is still a possibility of creditors getting their money back it makes sense to adjourn the hearing pending a takeover.

The problem is I feel is you can adjourn it forever and come up with reasons why it should be adjourn,
An adjournment is ok providing people can substantiate what they are proposing.
Obviously the league didnt think so, Hopefully the creditors will?
