AFC R&DFC looks like the only option according to that.

So we were told last night via Look East and Radio Northampton that the takeover wouldn't be affected by the demotion, and then it suddenly it is? We were even given an exact date.
Just what on earth is going on.
Are we bluffing to try and earn us a reprieve? Have the Chron got it wrong? Or have we been completely fucked over for (probably) the final time?

I read that this morning and thought i hope we are not now playing games.
In some ways if thE STORY is true then its Blackmail and i hope the F.A tell these people to frankly F Off.
Trying to now push the blame to the F.A if we go under is frankly NO GO to me and even though it may mean the end of our Club i would say to the new consortium either back us or just go away, no games or brinkmanship lets just stop ffing up our club and other Leagues and clubs who have to arrange for their seasons.

If this is the case, does that mean the japanese investors were interested in the club, and not to develope the surounding land? surely if it is the land they are interested in, would it be much of a problem what division we are in? :?

That article doesn't seem that clear to me. If KC was not an owner of R & DFC Ltd, how can he seize control of it? Surely it's only the land and stadium he has repossessed? Or have I got summat wrong?
Surely if we dropped down to Zamaretto level, the running costs of the football club could be much less, therefore any new investors could have a club with less outlay in the beginning and more control over future spending?

I forgot to add "and the land" at the end of my previous post. I've tried Googling Marge Property Management again, but still no joy - bit odd.

Agreed since the Stadium is already owned by a company registered in the
Republic of Panama. ;)
