Who is in charge?

Can someone tell me exactly and beyond any doubt who, if anyone, is running R&DC as it stands right now?
KC has spoken about "we" referring to the club but my understanding is that the Bs still own the business that is the football club although they can't access the ground.

I was under the impression that due to his previous financial difficulties that Steve B wasn't permitted to be a director of a limited company and that's why he was given the title CEO.

Don't ask me where I heard it (because I can't remember, not because I don't want to tell you! ;) ) but I'm sure his ban was for 2 years, and finished, conveniently :roll: , in February this year.
