Yes, Pitch 1 (the one nearest the stadium)has gone completely to seed but I noticed that most of the rubbish in the back car park has been cleared and a small area outside the centre entrance has been tidied up. Don,t know why they are bothered, the scum are used to cohabiting a sh*t heap.

main pitch is not much better but only S**T playing it now

It is a tragedy what has happened, but the S&E owner is making a good fist of getting his house in shape!

I remember when Talbot was the gaffer, the ground was immaculate and he was areal stickler for appearances being important...............we lost that when he went and it never came back with any other manager!

Does anyone know what the score is with the groundstaff who were employed last season!

I'll bet they are gutted to lose ajob and the state of their pitches!

Erm, it wasn't the departure of Talbot that led to downturn in the appearance of Nene Park, it was the departure of Max and his funding!

talbot always had the pitch watered before kick-off. he also liked to park the bus!

OBN had plenty of money at his disposal. When that started to dry up he couldn't wait to join Oldham. :evil:
