I don't support the Cobblers, I don't support K*ttering, I will not be going to sixfields and I most definately won't be going to Nene Park. While i appreciate the offer isn't in very good taste, can't pass up the chance to gain a few more fans though, proud of our club actually acting on something like this, we're well run for once.

Shame on the fans going IMO, and shame on NTFC for picking at the flesh of our corpse while we're still warm !!

I dont think many current Diamonds fan's supported Northampton/K*ttering or whoever else before 1992, so no I dont think its very ironic.

Sixfields is such a boring, overpriced, lackluster dive to visit. The majority of Cobblers fans are OAP's who have given up on the glory days returning but go along just to get away from their nagging mrs for the afternoon, and just moan at their players instead.

12 Diamonds fans (Disguised and Dagger's fans) made more of an atmosphere than 3000 cobblers fans made all season. I think Northampton Town are THE most underacheiving club in the country, bar none.

Not at all, i mean because you feel shame on NTFC when it is in fact a very sensible business decision, granted in the big scheme of things it won't make a massive difference either way and then you guys have bit the bullet due to essentially poor business decisions?

TwinkleToesTomlin.....Your post doesn't warrant a serious reply because it is so ludicrous.

I don't actually think our demise has been the result of poor business decisions, but I can't say on an open Forum what I really think has happened. I guess we'll never know the full truth, but there are certain people I blame !!

I still can't get my head around people drifting off to other clubs when our own fans are trying to create a new, fan run, club!! I guess I'm one of those weird people who actually feel a sense of community about the club.......and by that I mean the people.

I hope to see many "old faces" when AFC R&D run out onto the pitch at out first game in the UCL (or wherever) next season......THAT will be a very proud moment because we will have all had a hand in making it happen.

feel sorry for the more humble diamonds fans on here but you really are a bitter and twisted muppet. cobblers are well out of your league (literally - especially now you arent in one!!!).
