Can somebody confirm that AFC RDFC is still getting the proceeds from the car boot sale because I have heard that HT was down there yesterday supervising things!
If proceeds are now going to KC, are there any plans to set up an alternative car-boot?

I believe that all the proceeds from the car boot has always gone to RDFC and now KC.
However, SaveRDFC has had a stall on a few recent Sundays (3 or 4 now), manned by volunteers selling items donated by fans. This money raised is totally separate, and is currently being held by Dazzler.
I'm sure there will be plans in the pipeline to continue raising funds via car boot sales whether at Nene Park or elsewhere for AFC.

Am I the only one who finds it very odd that control of these didn't transfer to the administrator when the Football Club foundered ?

I seem to remember a while back that the car boots were hived out to a Peterborough based company.
Even if that is not the case I dare say the car boot set up was not included in the Beasant deal as it is a steady income stream ;)

If it was the case that the Beasant's didn't have that income stream then there was even less chance they could remain solvent - especially with the addition of the huge stadium rent to the balance sheet they inherited.
I did think they might have control of them when there were pictures of all of the rubbish that wasn't being cleared, and stories of stewards not being paid.
