Ryan Charles has had a pretty good start to his career at Cambridge - four goals in two games, including one against a pretty strong Ipswich side. Obviously friendly games don't count for anything - but it's better than failing to score.

I saw he scored a hatty against someone rubbish a few days ago. I think he'll develop into a good player, and he scored the last ever Rushden & Diamonds goal!

Ryan said in an interview with the local rag when he signed that he felt his best position was as an out and out striker.
