You fail to see the big picture, Maison is the fall guy and will be sacked after so many games and JE brought in as the new messiah and to patch the wounds between Kettrin and R+D.

However the current favourite for 1st manager to be sacked looks like Rob Scott of Grimsby.

Grimsby have got joint managers haven't they? The one's from Boston. Either way, it's a disasterous result.

Interesting that Newport won 4-0 last night, but lost to K*ttering on Saturday... but then it was because of one of the scums trademark 90 minute penalty's.

I really hope that JE doesn't end up going there, he's better than them.

It certainly was. Apart from Cousins' cuckoos, they are the side I'll be most happy to see fail this season, after what happened in our two games at Blundell Park last season. Their chairman Fenty seems to meddle even more than Mr Ladak, and they seem unable to control their fans in a similar way.

It's just reminded me about Kevin Nicholls - I wonder whether he's involved with another club yet?

Don't forget Southport. ;)

I don't blame Southport - our downfall was homegrown, and we clearly were in no state to take a place in the Southern League, let alone the Conference. Any reference to possible investors was a smoke-screen designed to deflect criticism and a chance we might "take to the streets" in protest at what had been done to our club, exposing what had gone on.

Added to that, we had a decent reception up there - although it did rain through the stand roof onto my laptop ;)
