My mate sent this article into the Bedford Times & Citizen as a joke, not expecting it to actually get printed. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the back page of last week's edition...
The only part that is true is that I'm from Sharnbrook and my parents still live here! :lol: You would have thought they would have done some research into the validity of the story, rather than just believe what any old idiot sends them. :lol:
The best part though, is that I got a picture (it's not actually me, obviously!) and a decent sized headline, while Alastair Cook's nomination for Sports Personality of the Year only gets a tiny headline and no photo! :lol:
