What a f**king result! And what an absolutely mother f**king awesome goal to win it!!! We may not have played pretty, flowing football today, but we matched a typically thugish Westley team for effort and commitment from the very first whistle. The defence were immense, including Dale, whose handling was outstanding and contributed to the win with a stunning reaction save in the second half. The midfield worked their bollocks off, and stopped the Boro brutes from getting a hold of the game, and the front three chased everything, and whilst may not have been too much of a threat in front of goal, provided a great first line of defence.

Best moment of the season for me when it went in, such a huge goal and such a brilliant result. In previous seasons Stevenage would have eventually scored but superb performance from the defence and another clean sheet!

6 out of 7 wins now, top scorers, the in form team in the league, promotion now very realistic and a great team (playing and management wise), I must be dreaming

For anyone not at the game today, but watching the Man City v Stoke game on the telly, Wolly's goal was very similar to Danny Higginbotham's effort just a minute ago...... except Wolly is obviously much better than him! :lol:

And for once the WHOLE of the Diamonds fans went potty!! Reminded me of the reaction to Billy Whats his name ;) goal against the Cobblers.

I know it was absolutely brilliant, pretty much everyone had jumped out of their seats (as far as I could tell) and the debanke went wild, just amazing!!

Aint seen the Debanke go so nutts like that in years (bar K*ttering)
Not the best game ever but who cares we won against one of the best teams in this league.We really have to be thinking about going up now cause there is a MASSIVE chance of it happening this season,the atmosphere was great today..............We have no need to fear going to Oxford on Tuesday as I believe we can win it
