I was speaking to my mate at work last night who plays for Burton Park and he was telling me that their chairman is already going round telling everyone for a fact we are in division 1...Has this been confirmed yet?? Im not sure it has at the monent...

When is the registration date that the club will find out?
Has the committee got ground plans in mind for members to vote on the 17th?

And i do not have faceboook so cant look on there thanks

Listening to too much tittle tattle I would suggest.

I didnt believe it anyways...I thought i would had heard something on here before now if something major like that would had happened

We seemed to work out in the 'desperate measures' thread that the date for applications is March 1st. So on that basis we haven't even applied yet. Be a bit unfair to make a decision on us before we've even submitted an application. Provided of course we've got the right date.

I noticed on Wikipedia last night (not the most reliable source of information I know) that the UCL Premier is currently running with one less club than is considered the norm at that level.

We'll be put straight into the Championship, and have a 20,000 seat stadium somewhere in Rushden. We'll have sellouts at every game.

Compared to where we are today, UCL Division 1 is tempting.

As I stated yesterday I got told the same at the weekend by another UCL Div 1 Chairman, time will tell.

I'd take it to be honest.
